02About

Indigo Red is a privately owned consultancy run by consultants who actually understand the PR industry and who care about clients and candidates. We have been established since 2002 and are proud of our client base which includes many of the leading PR Consultancies as well as in house departments of many highly reputable companies.

Indigo Red works with PR Professionals from Account Manager upwards. We recruit both in the UK and overseas. We work closely with our retained only Division Indigo 100 who specialise in senior level recruitment.

We work in two ways, firstly taking a brief from the client and searching for their perfect candidate and secondly taking a brief from a candidate and finding their perfect role. We appreciate that questions often arise outside the working day for both clients and candidates, so, with that in mind all of our consultants can be contacted 24/7.

Indigo Red prides itself on providing a first class recruitment service. We realise that thinking about ones next career move is daunting and at the same time searching for that perfect employee can be stressful. With that in mind we will act as your counselor and advisor.

We survive on our reputation and by recommendations, and would ask you to share with us your thoughts on the experience that you share with us.

Indigo Red holds to a strong commitment to embrace diversity both within the recruitment team and when sourcing talent for our clients. We seek to create an environment where all are valued and ability is fully utilised. We view diverse individuals as assets. Each person offers a unique set of skills and experience shaped by their culture and ethnicity, gender and age, race and nationality, religion and beliefs, disability and sexual orientation.

Indigo Red is working hard to keep diversity at the forefront of our recruitment and has a comprehensive equal opportunities and diversity policy along with having become a diversity pledge recruiter with REC. Along side this we have sought to implement the five disability symbol commitments produced by the Job Centre seeking to interpret them within our own context.

We look forward to working with you. For more information please contact us.
